I’m Arun Kumar, and I run Stark Lab from India, working with clients worldwide. I built the studio around one rule: a price and a date written down before you pay, and work you can see every day until it ships. The samples and demos on this site are self-initiated, so you can judge the work before we talk.

How does pricing work?
One number for the whole job, written down before you pay. You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery. There is no hourly billing, and nothing is added unless you ask for new scope in writing.
What happens if the date slips?
The date is in the written plan. If anything on our side puts it at risk, you hear about it the same day, with the reason and a new date, before it slips rather than after. If we are waiting on access or content from you, the date moves by the same number of days and we confirm that in writing.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in your repository, the files and accounts are in your name, and everything transfers to you at handover. Nothing you need to run it stays with us.
How do revisions work?
Two revision rounds are written into every contract. A round is one consolidated list of changes, handled inside the dates in the plan. Anything beyond that is quoted as a fixed price before we start on it.
Do you work white-label with agencies?
Yes. We can build under your agency’s name, work inside your tools and stay off your client calls unless you want us there. Price and date are fixed in the same way.
Which stack do you use?
Python, LangGraph and the Claude API for AI agents; n8n for workflow automation; Next.js and Supabase for websites, web apps and MVPs. If your team already runs something else, tell us on the call.
How are AI agents kept safe?
Twenty agreed test cases define what done means, and the agent has to pass them before launch. A human approval step sits before anything reaches your customers, every action is logged, and changes can be undone. The live demos on this site work the same way: outputs are drafts for a human to approve.
